OUR MISSION
The mission is to provide health care to those who lack insurance or are otherwise unable to afford healthcare in Baraboo, Wisconsin Dells, and surrounding areas. Our goal is to give these patients an opportunity to obtain health care early to help prevent more serious and costly illness.

We are a primary care clinic that:

• Supports people whose insurance costs keep them from accessing care
• Operates as a non-profit organization
